Love Q #1

Love Q is a weekly love link question created by shortsweetpoems, to let the participants to have a chance to get a little link love each week. For more information on the love link, click here.

This week Love Q:

If you are being romantically pursued but you are not interested, what would you do to let the person know? For instance, would you be direct and blunt or would you drop hints?

I would drop hints that I was not interested in him as my first approach. I would not lie and try to refuse his date requests in a gentle way so he won’t feel bad by the refusal. If this didn’t work then only I would try to let him know directly.

Hope in this way both parties can still maintain the friendship forever without hurt each other.

This is the first Love Q, if you are interested in this love link, you can click here to join. Other participants of Love Q for this week include Tammy, check out her blog for the response in this Q.

Thanks for joining in. Seems like most people prefer to drop hints first, eh? Me too, must let him save face, especially if he is a nice type of guy. Then, at least, like you said, maybe can keep the friendship.

Oh! You would still try to maintain/ keep the friendship? Hmmm... I have never thought of going through that friendship thing after I rejected the guy. Well, maybe I am to shallow to even think of doing the "remain friends" thing.
