Upon arrival, we registered ourselves and met up Vicki & family. Thanks for the invitation, Vicki! :)
Teng Hong has his eyes glued to the Hot Air Balloon as soon as we arrived. He was so excited and insisted that we go for the ride before we even have dinner. He kept saying to mummy that he wanted to go into the basket and fly high up. So daddy took him for the ride. Of course mummy and Xin Yi went too. So did Vicki and her daughter, Ashley.
It was a long queue. We waited for about 20 minutes and guess what happened when our turn finally came…?

Teng Hong suddenly changed his mind; he chicken-ed out and refused to get into the Wicker Basket (the basket which carries the passengers). He even cried when daddy tried to carry him into Wicker Basket for the ride. He was scared that the flame would burn him. Daddy had no choice but to accompany Teng Hong on the ground while mummy, Xin Yi, Vicki and Ashley went for the “RIDE”. Xin Yi started to cry on the way up, mummy was not sure why she cried; probably because of the heat (it is very hot while riding on the Hot Air Balloon). The balloon flew up about 10-15 meters and the whole ride was probably only 2-3 minutes.
Anyway we enjoyed it very much, a new and exciting experience.

Back to the “Wine & Dine Night”, beside the Hot Air Balloon, there were two clowns to entertain the children and also a live band which daddy always enjoyed…
