This vacuum cleaner washes the dust with water filtration system, by combining water bath with HEPA filter. This is the vacuum system which I actually looked for quite some time after my friend in Singapore recommended me the Rainbow Hydrocleaner. Later, introduced by a blogger friend (de little ones) I got a chance to see the Rainbow demonstration two months ago, no doubt I like the product very much but since the price is too expensive for us, we tried to hunt for another brand with the cleaning system close to Rainbow. Finally we found one which cost us less than half of the Rainbow’s price.
This afternoon I started to use it. Though the unit is a bit bulky, the cleaning result is quite satisfied. So from now on, beside clean the floor, I am able to clean and eliminate dust mites from the mattresses as well. I hope it can help me to get a cleaner & healthier home.

The Rainbow people called me, saying you bought one and that you recommended 5 friends and asked to do a demo in my house. I rejected cos I knew I would never buy it. It's too expensive.

Yes, I recommended 5 friends to the Rainbow sales person. He said he will only call when I confirm with him which friends would like to have the demo at their house.
Later I emailed him that I contacted a few of my friends but they are not interested.
This type of person really can't be trusted!

The rainbow sales person came to my hse to perform the demo too. I was very impressed. If only I had the $$$$ to buy a unit of Rainbow. How much did u pay for ur vacuum cleaner?

I bought it at RM3,200, got FOC 1 unit High Pressure Cleaner which worth RM330.
How is the vacuum? Good? I think of getting one to clean the bed.

It's good. I use it to clean my mattress a few times. But the unit is a bit bulky.

I am still using the Karcher5600, not very often but only when I feel I need it.
I don't know whether it really works to clean the dustmites or not. I can't prove it, but at the first few cleaning I could see the clear clean water which was used to filter the dust turned out to be milky and brownish.
I never seen another brand except Rainbow which I think might be better than Karcher but more expensive.
hi...im using same vacumm cleaner as you.may i know that the HEPA filter need to change/wash? Because mine, it looks like dirty with the colour of filter turns into black...please share.

Do you mean the HEPA filter at the back of the unit?
I never wash that filter but I wash the top filter on the cover of the water container every time after using with a toothbrush.
I remember the salesman told me no need to wash the HEPA filter at the back of the unit. Just observe it once in a while, if too dirty already then we need to change it.
Mine is still clean and white.
Maybe you can refer to the Vacuum cleaner's manual.

So far it is ok, but I don't use it very often.
