He is 7

Teng Hong turns seven today. We celebrated his birthday at Roast Duck Restaurant, Bangsar Village. It wasn’t a fun birthday party like the one he had at Kizsports & Gym last year but only a simple dinner with the family. Mummy knows that he is a bit disappointed. He questioned us a few times: “Why don’t we invite his friends to his birthday?”, “Why no people come to his birthday celebration?”

After dinner, he insisted to get a birthday present. Actually daddy has bought him an early birthday present last week. It was “Beyblade” which he recently likes very much. This was another one to add to his collection of Beyblades (“Powerful Spinning Tops”). His first Beyblade and its stadium was bought last month while he was having his final exam, but we only let him play after his exam over.

So tonight, daddy bought him a comic as his other birthday present instead of Ben 10 new Omnitrix which costs RM 129.xx. He then chose “Billy Batson and The Magic of Shazam” comic. Reading comic books is one of his hobbies.

Before we went home, he also insisted to buy a birthday cake.

At seven, his weight is 26.2kg and height is 124cm. He still drinks milk 300ml, once a day. Since early November he has stopped using milk bottle (another new milestone). He loves curry and garlic very much.

Beside Beyblade, he is still interested in balloon, toy car, Ultraman and Ben 10. When he is on the road, he likes to spot cars and told us the names. He likes to look at car pictures in the magazine or on the internet, and tells us that he wishes he could have Ferrari, hehehe…

His ability to recognize and memorize the cars is really outstanding!
