I still remember how my seven years old boy’s teeth looked like when the two permanent lower front teeth coming in. It seemed there was not enough space for the two permanent teeth to move forward into the correct positions after the double teeth fell out. Later it really amazed me to see his teeth moving into perfect alignment.

Now he is waiting for the 4th double teeth to fell out and we hope that the teeth will be properly aligned.

Am experiencing that with Eryn now. One of her bottom tooth just drop out and the new one grew behind it just before it came out. Was kinda worried that it will not grow properly but the dentist said it will move forward to the empty space. Seeing your post, it's a wonder how this works ya?
i guess his gum grow bigger and wider hence that create more space for the teeth to align. QQ's teeth is very crooked now too.
Hi dear, sure it would be aligned soon. I had braces for years :)
